No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We only issue refunds if the item you received is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thehairedit.co with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

We will review your claim and evaluate the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.


Refunds (Defective Items Only)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@thehairedit.co.


Non-Returnable Items

As we do not accept returns, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, refunds will only be issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
